• Corporate Holiday Parties ranging from 200-500 people at the Peggy Notebaert Museum, the Chicago History Museum, the Adler Planetarium and Chicago’s Cultural Center.

• Summer Event Parties in Chicago for between 100-300 people Café Brauer, Oak Street Beach and Ravinia

• Administrative Day Party: Events ranging from 50-100 people at Portillos and Lux Bar

• Cocktail Parties: 50 person event at Gibson’s Steakhouse. Cocktail parties through Cordially Invited include choosing the venue, caterer, and invitations, as well as organizing the floral arrangement, entertainment, and food and liquor.

As the Director of Special Events for a multi-office real estate firm in Chicago, Tina Rotter has worked within some of the Chicago’s top venues: Chicago History Museum, Adler Planetarium, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, Chicago Cultural Center and Gibson’s Bar and Steakhouse, just to name a few.Whatever the occasion in Chicago – small parties, office meetings, galas, grand openings, manager retreats, and major corporate events, Tina will pull it off with a flair. So with that being said, starting her own meeting and event planning business seeded to be the next logical step to advance her career.

Today, Tina now works with individuals and companies of all sizes planning “no detail overlooked” meetings and events. From hiring the caterer to ordering flowers, finding and booking entertainment, and creating and mailing invitations, Tina will work tirelessly to ensure your event us a success.
